Grahini Masalas

Ingredients: Coriander, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Bay leaves, Cumin , Red chilies, Jeera, Black pepper,

Ingredients Required: Basmati Rice, Ghee, Onion, Carot, Ginger garlic paste, Green piece, Coriander leaves, Salt to taste, Grahini Pulav masala.

Method

  • Cook Rice and keep aside.
  • In a vessel fry (in ghee) sliced Onions.
  • Ginger garlic paste till golden brown.
  • Add Grahini Pulav Masala and salt to taste.
  • Add Grahini Pulav Masala and salt to taste,stir well.
  • Now add vegetables and cook.
  • Add cooked rice mix and cover it and cook some time on a low flame.
